Member MEMBERSHIP

  • What are the benefits of becoming a member? 

If you join Amustic as a Tour Operator, you are showered with numerous benefits. All of these are absolutely free till Oct 1st. To learn more about Tour Operator Benefits, Click Here.

  • What is the approval process to become a member? Any criteria to be eligible?

There are no criteria or approval processes to create a Tour Operator account. However, we conduct periodical checks to ensure that we eliminate all “fake” accounts. If you fail to meet our criteria, we will disable your account with immediate effect.

  • What are the membership fees?

There is absolutely no membership fee. You can join and Create Tours for Free. You can also Subscribe to “Alerts” for free. In fact, all our services our free till Oct 1st 2009. You will be charged only if you want to purchase Tourist contact details (Detailed rates will be listed by end of September).

  • How do I buy credits

We will launch this feature in Oct. You will then have to make a payment in order to buy Credits. The payment will be received by us in INR (Rupees) but you will be charged in your local currency.

  • What is the minimum number of credits that I can purchase?

The minimum number of credits would be 100 Credits. However, once you view our packages, you will realize that the more you buy, the more you save.

  • I have purchased a credit package. When will the credits be displayed into my account? 

The credits would take a maximum of 4-5 working days to reflect in your account.

  • What is the credit refund policy?

At present, we do not have any refund policy, however if you are not satisfied or have any points regarding refund, please Contact Us

 

  ACCOUNT

  • Can I have multiple accounts?

Yes. You can have multiple accounts but now with the same email ID. Also, we will not link them in anyway. They will be treated as separate Tour Operators.

  • How can I edit my profile?

Once you login, you can click on your username (top middle section below Amustic logo). Then click on Profile and then Edit.  

  • How can I change my password?

In order to change the password follow the below mentioned steps.

  • What part of my information is share with other users?

Username, Biography, Cities and Tours covered, Key Strengths and My Tours are available for everyone to see.

  • How do I retrieve my password?

If you are unable to login, then click on the Retrieve my password. You will find this link next to the Login box on the Login page.

  • My account is deactivated? Why? How Can I activate it again?

Please contact us

  • I cannot login to my account. What should I do?

You might have forgotten your password. Try retrieving your password. If this does not solve the problem, then contact us.

 

 Tour TOURS

  • What type of tour requests do you sell?

We don’t sell Tour requests or Tours. We sell Tourist contact details. If you want to buy the tourist contact details, then you have to buy credits. Each tour request costs certain credits (based on number of people and number of days). This service is free till Oct 1st 2009.

  • How do I purchase tourist contact details?

You can purchase credits and then use these credits to buy tourist contact details. We will sell credits starting Oct 1st 2009.

  • How do I search tour requests?

You first have to login and then Search for the Keywords (like Cairo Egypt). You will be shown Tour requests and you can purchase contact details for the ones you like.

  • How do I subscribe to tour requests?

This is one of the most important features. Go to Home page and click on “Add New -> Alert”. Enter all your cities and key words in there [These should contain all the places where you have tours]

  • What type of tourist information is provided when I buy a tour request?

We will provide Tourist name, Email ID, Phone no. (if tourist agrees for this), City and Country details.

  • How do you maintain the quality of tour requests to ensure genuine tourists?

We have thorough checks for this – manual and automated – that ensure tourists are genuine. For e.g. email verification to ensure that the email address is not fake.

  • Please explain loyalty programs?

Details will be published during the last week on September 2009.

  • How do I create pre-defined tours?

Go to Home, click on “Add New -> Tour”. This is again one of the most important activities that you should do.

  • How do I upload multiple tours?

Please contact us if you have more than 100 tours to upload.

  • How can I edit My pre-define Tours?

Go to your profile and then click on “My Tours” – You can then select your tour and Edit it.

  • How can I contact you, in case, I have some problems.
